Job Description & Requirements
- Distribution of promotion catalogues to overseas customers via emails
- Follow up & attending to customers sales enquiries and complaints
- Source for new customers through emails and telemarketing
- Arrangement of export shipment with cargo agent
- Application of health certificates with AVA and export permit for cargo agent
- Generate & process export invoice documents
- Liaising with cargo agent on billing matters
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years related working experience in sales admin.
- Training will be provided
- Matured, able to multi tasks, meticulous, team player
- Comfortable working in a farm environment
Remuneration:
- Uniform, lunch and shuttle bus service provided
Working Hours:
. Monday to Friday: 8.45am to 5.45pm
. Saturday: 8.45am to 12.45pm (Alternate Saturday off)
. Sunday: Work required on alternate Sunday
. Public Holidays: Work required on alternate Public Holiday
