Implementation Engineer

My client, an award-winning data & AI consultancy, has secured a multi-year engagement with a global FMCG. Were partnering them to assemble a new squad to modernise the clients analytics estate and deliver next-gen decision-support engines.

Youll join as an Implementation Engineer at the front line of delivery supporting UAT, debugging user issues, and ensuring new data products land smoothly with end users. Acting as the bridge between global engineering teams and business stakeholders, youll combine hands-on Python skills with a sharp understanding of how technology gets adopted in practice.

What youll be doing

• Support the rollout of data & technology platforms to business users across APAC
• Gather feedback, identify issues, and translate them into actionable solutions
• Debug problems, run UAT sessions, and track adoption metrics
• Work with global engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing enhancements
• Provide technical guidance to users and help embed new ways of working

What were looking for

• 5-8 years experience in data, analytics, or software implementation roles
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with data pipelines / automation
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) a plus
• Excellent communication skills; able to engage with non-technical business stakeholders
• Problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic, user-facing environments
