Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology & Automation Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This individual will support the development and enhancement of digital tools and workflow automations, working closely with our global service delivery teams.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a passion for using technology to improve business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation using RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate / UiPath)
- Create dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders using data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Assist in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms
- Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for new tools or enhancements
- Work in alignment with global standards and technology teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technology or process automation role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power BI)
- Experience or familiarity with RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data structures and process flows
- Ability to create clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Skills & Experience
- Experience in professional services or corporate operations environments
- Familiarity with global mobility, immigration, or tax processes is advantageous
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA, JavaScript) is beneficial
