Team Intro Global Mobility Service team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee mobility process. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their mobility. Responsibilities 1. Manage the full lifecycle of APAC employment-based work visas. 2. Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards, with a focus on professionalism and empathy. 3. Ensure consistent expectation-setting throughout the case lifecycle and escalate risks when necessary. 4. Develop clear communication templates, FAQs, and policy guidance materials. 5. Support the development and continuous improvement of immigration policies and procedures. 6. Analyse immigration data and reports to provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments to stakeholders, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimise processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. 2. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences. 4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience supporting both local hire and mobility populations preferred. 2. Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios. 3. Proactive problem solver, with a track record of improving processes and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments.
