Utrust Immigration Pte. Ltd. is a professional immigration consultancy providing services in Singapore Permanent Residency, work passes, education pathways, and related corporate solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to support client documentation and application submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare client documentation for immigration and related applications.

  • Review, verify, and cross-check all documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant authorities (e.g. ICA, MOM).

  • Submit client applications accurately and within required timelines.

  • Maintain proper records and tracking of application status, deadlines, and follow-ups.

  • Liaise with clients to request missing information or clarify documentation requirements.

  • Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth application workflows.

  • Handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Identify potential errors or risks in applications and escalate issues promptly.

  • Assist with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of relevant operations or administrative experience experience in immigration or professional services is an advantage.

  • Highly meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases concurrently.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Responsible, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
