Job Description

What you'll be responsible for

In this role, you will support businesses and professionals with Singapore immigration and work pass matters while ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor updates to Singapore's immigration and employment regulations, ensuring internal processes remain compliant.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work pass applications, renewals, amendments, transfers, and cancellations across various pass types, including Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant's Pass, EntrePass, Work Holiday Pass, Letter of Consent, and other related permits.
  • Assess client eligibility and provide guidance on the most appropriate immigration pathways based on their circumstances.
  • Prepare, review, and submit supporting documentation to the relevant government authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Draft and coordinate appeals or additional submissions for applications requiring further review.
  • Advise clients on immigration procedures, compliance obligations, and documentation requirements throughout the application process.
  • Liaise closely with clients to gather information, provide status updates, and ensure timely completion of all required actions.
  • Understand licensing or regulatory requirements applicable to different business activities and advise clients accordingly where relevant.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
  • Support other corporate services and cross-functional projects as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in immigration, corporate services, work pass administration, or a similar client-facing role is highly advantageous.
  • Good understanding of Singapore work pass and immigration processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A continuous learning mindset with the initiative to identify improvements and drive better ways of working.
