About the Role
:Wall Street Oasis is seeking a senior Singapore Immigration Attorney and work-pass adviser on a contractual basis to act as our consultation and advisory expert. You'll advise us on Singapore work passes and the right to work in finance & consulting roles. This is an advisory role rather than a full caseload, so we want an experienced immigration adviser we can turn to for clear, reliable answers when questions come up

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Advise on the Singapore work passes that matter for finance careers, including the Employment Pass (EP) and its COMPASS assessment, the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass), the Personalised Employment Pass (PEP), EntrePass, and the S Pas
- s.1-on-1 Sessions: Assess each student's eligibility and recommend the right pass and timing for the finance roles they are targetin
- g.Explain how employer hiring rules, including the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and MyCareersFuture advertising, affect a candidate's chances, and help students target firms that hire foreign talen
- t.Advise on Permanent Residence (PR) and Singapore citizenship where they appl

Qualifications (Criteria & Eligibility

- ialQualified to advise on Singapore immigration and work passes, whether as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore or as a seasoned work-pass specialist registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as EA personnel with the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CE
- I).Current and in good standing, with professional indemnity insurance suitable for a contract engageme
- nt.At least 7 years of experience in Singapore work passes and immigration, including complex professional and personal cas
