About Us: Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a rapidly growing nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the underprivilege community in Singapore. Established with the aim of providing financial assistance and support to Muslims in need, MTFA focuses on various areas such as education, healthcare, welfare, and social services. As our organisation continues to expand, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Role overview:

The Ihsan Education Hub (IEH) Manager will lead and oversee all operations and activities

within IEH, ensuring its successful establishment and operation as a Registered Training

Provider (RTP). The manager will develop educational and training programs, manage staff,

liaise with stakeholders, and drive the hub's growth and impact, aligning with MTFA's mission of

pursuing Ihsan.

Key Responsibilities

. Strategic Planning & Implementation:

○ Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Ihsan Education Hub as a

Registered Training Provider.

○ Set and monitor the hub & goals, objectives, and KPIs to ensure compliance with

RTP standards.

○ Innovate and implement training programs that meet industry requirements and

benefit the hub's target audience.

. Operations Management:

○ Oversee the daily operations of the hub, ensuring effective and efficient delivery

of training services.

○ Manage resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and facility maintenance.

○ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for RTPs, including regular audits

and reporting.

. Team Leadership:

○ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of trainers, educators, and support staff.

○ Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment that encourages

continuous professional development and high performance.

. Stakeholder Engagement:

○ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry

partners, government agencies, and the community.

○ Collaborate with MTFA's Marcomms team to enhance the hub's visibility and

engagement.

. Program Development:

○ Design and manage accredited training programs that align with industry

standards and the needs of beneficiaries.

○ Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of programs and update them based on

feedback and industry trends.

. Compliance & Reporting:

○ Ensure all training programs and activities comply with RTP guidelines and

standards.

○ Prepare and submit regular reports on the hub's activities, outcomes, and

financial performance to MTFA leadership and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field (Master's degree

preferred).

. Minimum 5 years of experience in educational management, preferably with experience

in a Registered Training Provider.

. DACE certification would be an advantage

. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

. Proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality assurance for training providers.

Preferred Skills

. Experience in working with non-profits or community-based organizations.

. Knowledge of Islamic educational principles and practices.

. Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards for training providers.
