We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee end-to-end delivery of executive and professional training programmes. This role carries accountability for programme planning, logistics, and learner services across both open-enrolment and corporate-sponsored courses - ensuring seamless execution, audit-ready compliance, and optimal use of funding while driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement operational strategies that advance the institution's executive education mission and support sustainable growth.
- Programme & Training Operations: Direct the full operational cycle:
- Pre-Programme: scheduling, resource and budget planning, venue/logistics set-up, trainer coordination, and participant onboarding.
- During Delivery: on-site coordination, vendor/trainer liaison, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution across in-person and online formats.
- Post-Programme: feedback analysis, certification, completion documentation, funding claims, and reporting.
- Funding & Compliance: Manage funding processes and grants, ensuring alignment with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) guidelines, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Set KPIs, streamline workflows, and adopt best practices for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and outstanding learner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree holder with 15+ years of experience in programme operations, training management, or large-scale event/logistics, ideally in executive or professional education.
- Proven ability in managing both open-enrolment and customised corporate programmes familiarity with SSG funding and audit processes.
- Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
