IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) Associate Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for Trainers to deliver the globally recognised IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential program in Singapore. Trainers will facilitate instructor-led training (F2F or VLC) covering the four core FMP competencies:

o Operations & Maintenance

o Project Management

o Finance & Business

o Leadership & Strategy

. Review learner assignments and prepare learners for FMP certification exams, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them meet course objectives and industry expectations.

. Integrate local context and case studies to enhance relevance for Singapore's Built Environment sector.

Job Requirement
. Degree/ Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related disciplines.

. Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA or equivalent pedagogical certification.

. Must possess IFMA Facilities Management Professional (FMP) credential.

. Minimum 5-8 years of senior-level experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate or Building Operations with demonstrated expertise across multiple Facilities Management Professional (FMP) competency areas.

. Demonstrate strong understanding of Singapore FM landscape, including local regulations (workplace safety, fire safety, environmental sustainability) and industry bodies (BCA, SCDF, MOM).

. Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical and engaging lessons.
