Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including security, cleaning, M&E, landscaping, and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and prepare customized IFM proposals and quotations.
- Manage tender submissions, pricing, and service delivery plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for new contracts.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IFM or service industry sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to join us immediately.
