Responsibilities
- Explore and apply knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
- Contribute to the creation and curation of compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing initiatives
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of posts across various social media platforms
- Monitor and evaluate social media performance, generating insightful reports
- Research and analyse customer behaviours and preferences to inform strategies
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Handle documentation and reporting tasks to maintain accurate records
- Provide support for organizing and promoting events and webinars
- Assist with event logistics, registration processes, and pre & post event follow-ups
- Contribute to marketing and profiling efforts for successful advisers to enhance recruitment initiatives
- Engage in team meetings and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Willing to commit to a 3 to 6-month internship
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Natural flair for humour
- A plus if you are comfortable to appear in videos
- A plus if you have basic design skills (Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
- A quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is able to work independently and in a team setting and creative brainstorming environment
- Confidence in presenting to small and large groups of people
- Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work under pressure even with fixed deadlines
