Job Description
. Business & Strategy Alignment
- Partner with the IDT Manager and eMobility business units in Singapore and Malaysia to deliver the Annual Operating Plan within budget and across the full service and product lifecycle.
- Provide face to face directional interface with GM-level leaders and operational collaboration with IDT Managers to ensure strategic alignment.
- Supplier & Contract Management
- Lead end-to-end supplier contract management, including development, technical evaluation, performance monitoring, renewal, and closure.
- Drive supplier performance to meet business objectives and ensure contract expenditure is controlled and aligned with business needs.

. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Review IT landscapes and products to identify opportunities for enhancement, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by addressing systemic issues, implementing structural improvements, and balancing cost efficiency with business value.

. Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with IT Controls, information risk management standards, Health & Safety policies and all legal/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain robust business controls across service delivery processes.

. Service Readiness & Demand Management
- Guarantee operational readiness for new demand, changes and projects by analyzing business requirements (functional and non-functional).
- Provide formal sign-off at key milestones, including Agreement to Deploy and Agreement to Operate.

. Incident & Service Management
- Oversee effective Major Incident (MI) management, ensuring swift restoration of business-critical services.
- Maintain resilience and continuity across IT landscapes.

. Financial Management & Budgeting
- Conduct bottom-up budgeting of IT services, reconcile with top-down targets and monitor spending against plan.
- Support quarterly latest estimates, enforce budget adherence and ensure timely invoice processing in collaboration with finance teams

Requirement
- 8+ years of corporate IT experience, with at least 5 years in IT Service Management and Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Knowledge of EV and e-Mobility technologies, cloud platforms, telecoms, and connectivity is a must.
- Strong background in managing large-scale IT assets, covering hybrid on-premises and cloud environments with multiple integration points.
- Proven track record in IT Service Management, including ownership of ITSO contracts with infrastructure and application service providers.
- Skilled in vendor and supplier management, ensuring contractual KPIs and service levels are consistently met.
- Ability to quickly debug and resolve critical issues, ensuring service continuity.
