We are looking for a SailPoint Engineer to support cybersecurity engineering and project initiatives. The role will focus on managing and enhancing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), with particular emphasis on application onboarding and automation across IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM).
- Design and maintain identity workflows, roles, policies, and certification campaigns.
- Onboard and integrate business applications into SailPoint IIQ, including application automation and WebService connector integrations.
- Develop and execute test plans and test scenarios for IAM enhancements and integrations.
- Troubleshoot SailPoint and broader IAM/IGA issues, providing technical guidance to operations and support teams.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure and reliable identity management processes.
- Prepare solution designs, SOPs, system/process documentation, and conduct knowledge transfer to support teams.
Requirements
- Minimally 3 years of experience in Sailpoint
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Experience with LCM, Compliance Manager, workflows, roles, certification campaigns, and policies.
- Hands-on experience with application onboarding and system integrations within SailPoint.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with WebService connectors.
- Experience troubleshooting Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in an Agile environment.

- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Relevant SailPoint certifications.
