Job Description
IAM Analyst
Responsibilities
Manage and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.Manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).Configure SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).Conduct access reviews, access governance, and compliance audits.Support Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or scripting tools.Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Application teams.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of IAM experience.Hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.Experience in access governance, user provisioning, and RBAC.Familiarity with PAM solutions such as CyberArk is an advantage.Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) preferred.Degree/Diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
SC-300, CISSP, SailPoint, Okta, CIAM, or CAMS.
