IAM Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Configure SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Conduct access reviews, access governance, and compliance audits.
• Support Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or scripting tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Application teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.
• Experience in access governance, user provisioning, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with PAM solutions such as CyberArk is an advantage.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Preferred Certifications

SC-300, CISSP, SailPoint, Okta, CIAM, or CAMS.
