Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist (Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role)
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist function plays a critical role in managing digital identities and controlling user access across enterprise systems.
Responsibility:
- Process IAM-related service requests and resolve access incidents efficiently.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure secure, timely, and appropriate access control.
- Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise systems and applications.
- Support periodic access reviews and user access certification exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IAM processes and access records.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.
- Provide access logs and reports to support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in IAM tool configuration, testing, and deployment activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and IAM governance requirements.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or IAM roles, preferably within financial services or regulated environments.
- Practical experience using SailPoint solutions such as IdentityIQ or IdentityNow is required.
- Solid understanding of IAM lifecycle and access control principles.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of integration protocols such as AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST, SCIM, and flat-file processes.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001).
- Exposure to cloud IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.
