Job Description:
- Manage user access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning across systems.
- Handle IAM service requests and incidents, working with IT and business teams to resolve access issues.
- Support access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Maintain IAM documentation and audit reports aligned with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and guidelines from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3-5 years of IAM or IT operations experience.
- Experience with IAM technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and access control principles.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and scripting, such as ServiceNow, PowerShell, or Python.
