Identity & Access Management Lead

We're partnering with an organisation to appoint an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to drive and enhance its enterprise identity security capabilities.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced IAM professional with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's identity security strategy, leading transformation initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, and building a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and execute the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead IAM, PAM, and Identity Governance operations across the organisation.
• Drive automation, process optimisation, and continuous improvements to identity security capabilities.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and business stakeholders to strengthen identity and access controls.
• Oversee audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives related to identity security.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IAM team while managing key vendors and external service providers.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing enterprise IAM functions.
• Strong expertise in IAM, PAM, IGA, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering IAM transformation programmes and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, or another highly regulated industry will be highly advantageous.
