Job Description
- Manage and oversee identity and access management processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and respond to access-related security incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement access control measures effectively.
- Perform regular audits and reporting to ensure access rights are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the technology department in developing and maintaining security protocols.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on IAM best practices.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new IAM tools or technologies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Identify Access Management (IAM) Security Officer should have:
- Provide support on all aspects of Saviynt IAM / PAM implementation and ongoing operations/BAU activities
- Review and comply with all relevant and applicable regulations as they relate to Saviynt IAM/PAM
- Develop and document IAM/PAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Well versed with provisioning de-provisioning using RBAC, SSO access control, SoD violation, compliance requirements related to access & privileges
- Provide Saviynt IAM/PAM administration, LDAP directories and for other out of the box integrations
