Multinational main contractor with a strong track record in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects across Asia. As part of its continued investment in digitalisation, the company is seeking an experienced IDD / BIM Manager to drive Integrated Digital Delivery
Role Overview
You will lead the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) across the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination, compliance, and digital innovation from design through construction to handover.
IDD & BIM Leadership
- Lead the adoption and implementation of IDD and BIM strategies in line with company standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and digital protocols.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across project teams.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Oversee BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Manage clash detection processes and coordinate resolution with consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure integration of BIM models with construction sequencing (4D) and cost management (5D), where applicable.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all BIM/IDD-related matters with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Lead coordination meetings, model reviews, and digital workshops.
- Ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables in accordance with project and authority requirements.
Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Establish and manage the project's CDE (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Ensure proper data management, version control, and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company and ISO data standards.
Digital Engineering & Innovation
- Drive adoption of digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Synchro, and related platforms.
- Champion initiatives in 4D simulation, digital twin, and automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance project delivery.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor BIM Coordinators and Modellers across projects.
- Provide training and technical guidance on BIM processes and tools.
- Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experienc
- Proven track record delivering BIM/IDD
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM/IDD requirements and digital submission processes.
