Job Description

Key Responsibilities


. Design Management: Lead pre-construction phase, ensuring designs comply with Building and Construction Authority requirements and are buildable and cost-effective.

. Construction Oversight: Manage site operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

. Quality & Compliance: Conduct inspections to ensure works meet specifications and comply with Ministry of Manpower (WSH) safety standards

. Authority Liaison: Coordinate submissions and approvals with relevant authorities (e.g., BCA, URA, LTA).

. Budget Control: Monitor costs, manage variations, and mitigate risks to prevent overruns.

Job Requirements (Singapore)

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Min 8-10 years in construction/project management, with proven track record on large-scale projects in Singapore.
  • Strong familiarity with BCA regulations
  • Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making under pressure, and attention to detail.
