Key Responsibilities:
. Business Development & Partner Acquisition
Identify, approach and onboard new Interior Designers, Interior Design Firms, Architects
and related industry partners.
Build and expand Son&Bear's network of active Interior Designer partners.
Develop strategic partnerships that generate project opportunities, referrals and long-term
business growth.
Represent Son&Bear at networking sessions, trade events, exhibitions and industry
activities.
. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Interior Designer partners.
Conduct regular follow-ups, showroom visits and engagement activities with partners.
Understand partners project requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the partnership journey.
. Sales & Project Development
Generate project leads through the Interior Designer channel.
Coordinate closely with showroom consultants and management to ensure smooth project
execution and conversion.
Assist partners with product recommendations, quotations, material selections and project
discussions.
Support project follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities and customer
satisfaction.
. Channel Growth & Activation
Increase the number of active referring Interior Designers within the Son&Bear ecosystem.
Plan and execute partner engagement initiatives, product knowledge sessions and
networking events.
Encourage repeat referrals and long-term collaboration from existing partners.
Work towards monthly activation, referral and sales targets assigned by Management.
. Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of partner accounts, project pipelines, referrals and sales
performance.
Submit regular reports on business development activities, partner engagement and
project status.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for channel improvement.
Support Management in analysing and developing strategies for the Interior Designer
channel.
. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
Maintain a strong understanding of Son&Bear products, materials, customisation options
and brand positioning.
Communicate Son&Bear's value proposition professionally to partners and customers.
Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the Company's standards of professionalism and
service excellence.
