Lead and supervise the IAM team's daily operations and workload allocation.
Oversee the creation, deletion, resetting and suspension of user accounts across operating systems and applications.
Ensure all access requests are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels.
Review user ID and privileged-access revalidation exercises and ensure deviations are remediated promptly.
Perform quality checks to minimise errors, rework, security risks and client complaints.
Manage operational issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams.
Monitor team performance, ticket volumes, backlogs and SLA achievement.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to the line manager and client stakeholders.
Coach team members and ensure compliance with access-control procedures, security policies and customer-site requirements.
Support audits, process reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.
At least three years of experience in ID Administration, Active Directory or Identity and Access Management.
Previous team lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
Good understanding of IT security, access controls and privileged-access management.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential user-access information securely.
Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment.
