Job Summary
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Department and ICT team to plan, execute, and manage ICT programmes that address stakeholder needs. You will lead training initiatives on software and hardware usage, manage digital content platforms, and support ICT-related events through multimedia production and research.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver ICT programme packages aligned with stakeholder requirements to enhance ICT capabilities
- Lead training sessions to guide stakeholders in effective use of software and hardware tools, ensuring skill adoption and proficiency
- Manage and update the organization's website and social media channels to maintain engaging and current digital presence
- Coordinate and execute photography, videography, and video editing for ICT-related events to produce high-quality multimedia content
- Support the development and research of innovative ICT solutions to improve programme effectiveness and stakeholder engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in coding with Scratch to develop and support ICT initiatives
- Operate Digital SLR cameras and utilize photo editing software such as Photoshop to produce professional visual content
- Apply videography and video editing skills to create compelling multimedia materials
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess knowledge of coding platforms such as Matatalab and Micro:bit to contribute to ICT programming
- Utilize Google applications (e.g., Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Classroom, Apple Classroom) to enhance ICT programme delivery and collaboration
- Hold a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline, or possess equivalent experience and expertise
