Position Overview
We are seeking a talented ICT Support & Training Specialist to join our education initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in empowering students and educators through cutting-edge technology, mentoring in emerging digital skills, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Job Description
ICT & Project Support
- Support HOD/ICT in school ICT projects and digital initiatives
- Assist in implementation of ICT programmes in line with MOE guidelines
- Coordinate with ICT team, vendors, and Desktop Engineers
- Assist in ICT asset and equipment management
- Support LMS and e-learning platforms (e.g. Google Classroom)
Media & Administrative Support
- Design posters, digital materials, and school collaterals
- Provide photography, videography, and basic video editing for school events
- Support website updates and digital content management
- Assist in AV setup for school events and examinations
- Compile and archive student ICT projects and works
Teaching & Learning Support
- Support teachers in using ICT tools for lessons
- Assist in e-learning activities and digital classroom integration
- Help conduct basic ICT training for students
- Support ICT-related CCA activities and competitions
ICT Training & Support
- Assist in ICT training sessions for staff and students
- Support training on ICT and AV equipment usage
- Help improve training materials and digital learning resources
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Multimedia, Design, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (school experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar media tools
- Basic video editing and design skills
- Familiar with AI tools is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
