Job Description

Central of Singapore | 5 days work week | Permanent Role

Our client is a globally recognized healthcare technology organization with decades of trusted hospital partnerships and a strong presence across Asia-Pacific. They are seeking an ICT Solutions Specialist to independently support digital health platform deployments and complex system integrations within hospital environments in Singapore.

This role suits candidates with hands-on healthcare IT or medical device integration experience who are comfortable engaging both clinical and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer requirement gathering and translate clinical workflows into technical and system specifications
  • Work closely with hospital IT teams to plan and execute system integrations, including networking, hardware/software, and cybersecurity considerations
  • Support solution design, technical presentations, and implementation roadmaps
  • Act as the technical point-of-contact for ICT-related RFPs, tenders, and proposals
  • Manage system setup, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
  • Conduct customer, partner, and distributor training on digital health platforms and integrated medical systems
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and regional/global technical teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions in live hospital environments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in health informatics, IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 1–5 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, medical device integration, or digital health implementation
  • Hands-on exposure to system integrations such as HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, DICOM, EMR/EHR platforms, or medical device connectivity
  • Ability to engage clinicians, hospital IT teams, and commercial stakeholders to translate clinical workflow requirements and operational needs into basic technical or system specifications
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases; scripting or programming exposure (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus
  • Understanding of networking, cybersecurity, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in customer-facing engagements
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a project-based, hospital environment
