Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage network security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC)
- Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and perform remediation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing
- Implement security best practices across LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Maintain firewall rules, network segmentation, and access controls
- Support compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC, and MAS TRM
- Maintain security documentation and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3-7 years of experience in ICT / network security
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S
- Hands‑on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco)
- Experience with IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, and incident response
- Cloud security exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
