About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead technology infrastructure projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical foundations and proven project management capabilities to deliver complex ICT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ICT project delivery including planning, execution, and closure
- Lead telecommunications, network, and infrastructure implementation projects
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies
Essential Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT project management
- Proven track record of delivering technology infrastructure projects
- Experience managing projects of varying scales and complexity
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies
Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
- Valid and current PMP certification from PMI required
Technical Background
- Background in telecommunications, network, and infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with network technologies and infrastructure systems
- Understanding of telecommunications systems and service delivery
- Knowledge of data center operations and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with network protocols, architecture, and security
Technical Certification (Advantage)
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent technical certification is an advantage
- Other relevant technical certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, etc.) beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
