1. Responsibilities
. Ensure overall success of a project, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.
. Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
. Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.
. Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.
. Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.
. Conduct regular work group meeting sand provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.
. Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.
. Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
2. What we are looking for
. CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT(Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
. Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
. Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.
. Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs,
. Good knowledge of ICT Components: Servers. ICT Application, IT Security, end-user computing (EUC), ICT Operation.
. Added advantages for:
o Proven ICT project management experience for payment systems or in financial industry
o Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation
