ICT Infrastructure Engineer – Platform

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain platform related systems within the Platform Team. This includes BAU tasks, handling of Incidents and project management.

• To provide support for the platform applications:

1. Red Hat Identity Management (IdM)

2. Communication and Notification Platform (CNP)

3. K2 Workflow Infrastructure (k2)

4. EasiShare MXNet

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration Platform application to their applications.

• Initiate or managed platform application related projects.

• Provide technical support and guidance to application teams on platform application related issues.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the platform applications supporting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience as an ICT engineer with in-depth knowledge of listed platform applications.

• Strong understanding of dependant technologies used by platform applications (eg. RHEL, Container Platforms, etc).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation for platform applications.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Relevant certifications in technologies used by platform applications.
