ICT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an ICT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for enterprise and data center infrastructure operations, including network, systems, virtualization, IDC physical layer, and basic cloud environments

.The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge, hands-on operational capability, and the ability to independently resolve common infrastructure issues while escalating complex architectural problems appropriately

Key Responsibili

1.Provide daily operational support for enterprise network and server environm

ents;
2.Handle incidents and service requests using structured root cause ana

lysis;
3.Perform routine health checks and basic performance moni

toring;
4.Execute change management tasks in accordance with standard pro

cedures;
5.Maintain accurate technical documentation (network topology diagrams, IP allocation records, asset inventory, change log

s, SOPs);
6.Coordinate with L2/L3 engineers or vendors when escalation is

required.

Network Suppor

t (Required)
1.Support campus and IDC network infrastructur

e operations;
2.Perform Layer 2 configurations (VLAN provisioning, access/trunk port setup, STP troubleshooting, link aggreg

ation basics);
3.Apply foundational Layer 3 knowledge (static routing, default gateway troubleshooting,

OSPF concepts);
4.Assist with ACL implementation and access control

troubleshooting;
5.Conduct structured network troubleshooting (interface counters, MAC/ARP tables, routing tables, log

interpretation);
6.Understand DHCP/DNS mechanisms and common

failure scenarios;
7.Assist with firewall policy adjustments and V

PN troubleshooting;
8.Support network device deployment, upgrad

3.Understand copper/fiber classifications (Cat6A, OM3,

OM4) and connector types (LC, SC, MPO);
4.Assist with equipment racking, patch cord man

agement, port labeling, and remediation;
