About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, warm, and highly capable ICT & Multimedia Executive to join a local school environment on a 24-month contract. This unique role combines technical IT asset management, curriculum support, and creative digital media production (video editing and social media management).

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • Standard Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Inclusive of a 30 to 45-minute lunch break).
  • Schedule Flexibility: Hours may shift based on school needs (at least once a term). For example, an early start at 7:15 AM will allow for an early departure 45 minutes ahead of schedule.
  • Saturdays: Up to 4 working Saturdays per school year may be required for key events (e.g., Meet-the-Parents Session). An Off-in-Lieu will be provided for weekend service.

Key Responsibilities

1. ICT Curriculum & System Support

  • Support the execution of the school's 6-year student ICT curriculum.
  • Provide technical support to students, parents, and teachers using MOE ICT systems and portals.
  • Provide in-class assistance during ICT-integrated lessons and programmes.

2. Asset, Inventory & System Management

  • Manage school computing devices, track student loans, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive stock-taking and inventory updates during school term breaks.
  • Administer the school's internal Print+ service, room bookings, and equipment loan systems.

3. Multimedia, AV & Social Media Production

  • Manage, update, and create engaging content for the school website and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Capture high-quality photography and videography for major school events.
  • Produce, edit, and render event videos using Final Cut Pro.
  • Design custom graphics, digital posters, and marketing banners for school initiatives.
  • Set up and operate audio-visual (AV) systems for events, e-learning functions, and school assemblies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or an equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of ICT-related working experience specifically within a school environment.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Highly proficient in video editing software, specifically Final Cut Pro.
  • Proficient in social media platform management (Instagram & Facebook) and digital content design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office utilities and standard multimedia software.
  • Experience with live sound setups and operating school AV/AVA systems.
