ICT Executive (Network and Systems Support) West - RPAL

Our client is a Computer and Network Security Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a IT Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for desktops, servers, network systems, IT operations, and cybersecurity-related matters.
• Assist in the audit, monitoring, and enforcement of IT assets, security controls, standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support network and infrastructure activities, including upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance, and system relocations.
• Manage and support network and server environments, including server clusters and related security administration.

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Familiar with Microsoft tools (Office 365 and Azure, network and server support)
• Some understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as system protection, common security threats, and basic security tools (e.g. firewalls and antivirus systems) is an advantage.
