Job Responsibilities
- Lead the chip team to complete chip specification definition, design, and tape-out;
- Responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of integrated circuits;
- Participate in the development of project plans to ensure design progress and quality;
- Solve technical problems during the design process and optimize circuit performance;
- Prepare design documents, including circuit diagrams, layouts, test reports, etc.;
- Collaborate with team members to jointly advance project progress.
Educational background
- Master's degree or higher
- Microelectronics and solid-state electronics, integrated circuit engineering, integrated circuit science and engineering, and other related majors
Work Experience
- 5 years or more of work experience in a related company
- 5 years or more of relevant work experience in the same position
Preferred qualifications
- Familiar with CMOS technology;
- Proficiency in the theoretical foundations of analog circuits and familiarity with the analog IC design process;
- Proficient in analog circuit design using EDA tool software such as Virtuoso, HSPICE, Spectre, APS, and Calibre, and familiar with layout design;
- Proficient in using Matlab for modeling and simulation;
