Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM Datacap Developer with strong .NET skills to design, develop, and support enterprise document capture and intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM Datacap, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and workflow automation, preferably within banking or enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain document capture and processing solutions using IBM Datacap.
- Configure and customize Datacap applications, workflows, rules, task profiles, and recognition engines.
- Develop custom components, actions, and integrations using C# and the .NET Framework.
- Integrate IBM Datacap with enterprise applications, ECM platforms, web services, and databases.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for document processing workflows.
- Perform OCR optimization, document classification, extraction, validation, and indexing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for document processing.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and adhere to SDLC and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
