IB Analyst/Associate

. Kookmin Banks IB business playing a role of regional hub of Kookmin Bank's investment banking activities in region of ASEAN, Australia, and India, focusing on Structured Financing including Acquisition, Real Estate, Energy, and Infrastructure, as well as corporate financing.

. Major tasks in IB Unit includes Marketing, Deal Origination/Distribution, Credit Review/Approval, Financial Documents Signing, First Drawdown/Disbursement, Post Management, System Operation, Translation, and Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities of the open position

. Primary

- Support Credit Review/Approval

- Financial Modelling and analysis

- Financial Documentation

- Support First Drawdown/Disbursement.

. Secondary

- Carryout Post Management tasks.

- Headquarter Reporting.

- System Operation

- Other task of IB Unit assigned.

Requirements

. Degree holder preferably financial or related

. 5 Years of experience in banking of related industry.

. Written and verbal English Proficiency.

. Ability to build reports in an organized manner.

. Ability to analyse financial statements.

. Basic understanding of banking products and their risks

. Ability to work in a team and independently

. Good Communication skill

. Written and verbal Korean Proficiency added advantage.

. Proactively identify and schedule tasks to deliver outputs.

. Familiarity to term sheets and financing documents.

. Familiarity to Microsoft Excel financial models.

. Basic knowledge of industries and economic environment

. Numerate and analytical.

. Conscientious and meticulous
