IB/A level Math and Science Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach IB/A-level Mathematics or Science (AA and AI, SL and HL levels) to students in international schools
• Develop and update engaging lesson materials aligned with the IB syllabus
• Guide students in preparing for exams and completing Internal Assessments (IA)
• Participate in academic planning and teaching team discussions
• Assist in managing our social media presence, particularly the math content on Xiaohongshu (RedNote)
• Create and publish math-related posts, study tips, or highlights of student achievements
• Attend teacher meetings and contribute to teaching quality improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Prior experience teaching the IB curriculum is preferred
• IB Diploma graduates with a strong background in IB Mathematics are highly encouraged to apply
• Responsible, patient, and able to communicate effectively with students
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RedNote) or a strong interest in content creation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Experience in preparing students for university admissions, personal statements, or scholarship applications.
