Perform production support activities, including application onboarding and updates to the application matrix in in-house IAM tools, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines.
Provide production support for HR Lifecycle and Role-Based Access Management within in-house IAM tools.
Prepare and validate data required for production support activities and audits.
Track, manage, and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring timely follow-up until closure.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IAM processes.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in production support roles within large enterprise IAM environments.
Strong scripting skills to develop automation solutions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with hands-on experience (mandatory).
Good understanding of Access Management lifecycle and associated processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience in banking or financial services institutions is highly preferred.
