We are hiring an IAM Engineer to support identity lifecycle management and access control operations within a structured and security-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning across systems and applications
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure secure and timely access
- Handle IAM-related service requests and resolve access issues
- Assist with periodic access reviews and certification exercises
- Maintain accurate documentation of access records and IAM procedures
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders on access-related matters
- Support audit and compliance activities by providing reports and logs
- Participate in IAM tool configuration, testing, and implementation
- Ensure adherence to internal security policies and standards
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in IAM, IT operations, or access management roles
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint (e.g., IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) is required
- Understanding of identity lifecycle and access control principles
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Exposure to scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of integration methods (e.g., REST APIs, SCIM, web services)
- Exposure to cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS) is a plus
- Awareness of security and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
