IAM Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our client's team. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading IAM technologies, engage directly with partners and customers, and contribute as a subject matter expert in identity security.

Responsibilities

• Assess and design IAM solutions, with a focus on CyberArk and other leading platforms.
• Present and demonstrate IAM value propositions to stakeholders.
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into solution designs.
• Implement AM solutions, including proofs of concept (POCs).
• Pursue certifications and continuously develop technical expertise.
• Mentor and support team growth in IAM competency.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Security, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in IAM consulting, implementation, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

. Microsoft Active Directory / EntraID
. SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
. OpenText NetIQ
. CyberArk (PAM, Workforce Identity, EPM, Secrets Manager,
Certificate Manager)

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Java).
• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, AD).
• Exposure to other IAM solutions (Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, Delinea) is a plus.
• CDE-PAM / CDE-CPC certification (active or expired) is mandatory.
• Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity) are advantageous.
