Support issues reported by users and plan for fixes, ensure that the IAM application is properly maintained.
Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAM implementation and make sure SLA requirements are met.
Monitor and maintain IAM system to ensure optimal performance
Assist with retrieving the data/information/reports from the IAM system (for audit or troubleshooting purposes) requested by customer/IAM Team.
Collaborate with the vendor IAM team to support the migration to a different IAM system.
Work with the vendor IAM team to offload the onboarded applications from IAM system during the system migration
Coordinate with vendors, support and technical team on problem resolution, implementation issues making sure services are available and ensuring minimal disruption to the IAM system.
Work with end users, business analyst, developers, architects and team lead in developing IAM - IGA configurations based on requirements and solution design.
Coordinate and collaborate with other project team members, including reporting to project manager throughout the project implementation to meet project goals.
Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades.
Create and maintain documentation for design specifications, installations, upgrades and test cases and operational maintenance.

Requirements
Minimum solid 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in design, deployment, implementation and administration & support of Identity Governance and Administration related solutions, which include installation, configuration, clustering, hardening, tuning and troubleshooting, on products such as: Deep Identity Manager, IBM Security Verify Governance, SailPoint IIQ, ISC, Saviynt
Experience in user life cycle management, access management and governance design and implementation
Familiar with JML and access rights provisioning, risk profiling, segregation of duty and certification setup.
Hands on experience in on-boarding of applications, integration of IGA solutions with various target applications using OOTB and custom connectors
Solid understanding of secure communications for web applications (PKI, SSL)
Broad exposure to a variety of other technologies (e.g. Server virtualization, database, network) with a firm understanding of the interdependencies between those technologies.
Familiarity with HTTP, TCP/IP, load balancing and firewalls.
Good understanding of identity analytics
Must be able to work independently on the assignments - including communicating with end users/ project managers/ developers/ architects on information gathering and actual implementation.
Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-task, perform under pressure, and be a strong team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
