Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Cloud Management and AI-Native Cloud Operations (AIOps)
  • Drive client discovery sessions to assess monitoring maturity, operational challenges, and cloud management gaps
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures, solution blueprints, and outcome-driven proposals
  • Develop executive-level presentations, proposals, and solution narratives aligned to business value (e.g., SLA improvement, cost reduction, productivity gains)

Cloud Management & AI-Native Operations Design

  • Design end-to-end cloud management and operations platforms, including:
    • Observability (metrics, logs, traces)
    • Event intelligence (correlation, noise reduction)
    • AI-driven root cause analysis and anomaly detection
    • Automated incident detection, remediation, and self-healing
  • Enable L2/L3 autonomous operations through AI agents and advanced automation
  • Architect closed-loop operations integrating observability → event intelligence → automation → ITSM → continuous optimization
  • Support hybrid and multi-cloud environments with consistent governance and operational standards

FinOps & Cost Optimization

  • Design and implement FinOps frameworks across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Provide end-to-end cost visibility, allocation, and optimization insights
  • Enable continuous cost-performance optimization through rightsizing, workload placement, and usage efficiency
  • Support budget governance, forecasting, and financial accountability models

Automation & Platform Integration

  • Design end-to-end automation strategies, including orchestration, runbooks, and AI-driven workflows
  • Integrate across enterprise systems, including:
    • Observability and monitoring platforms
    • ITSM and workflow tools
    • Cloud platforms and infrastructure layers
  • Ensure seamless data integration, execution consistency, and operational scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product teams to shape AIOps/CloudOps capabilities and roadmap
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization
  • Build reusable solution assets, frameworks, and best practices to scale across regions and industries

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Cloud Management, AIOps, SRE, or IT Operations Transformation
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Observability (metrics, logs, traces)
    • Monitoring and event management platforms
    • ITSM processes (incident, problem, change)
    • CMDB and asset management
  • Experience with AIOps platforms or AI-driven operations solutions
  • Solid knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization strategies
  • Hands-on experience in automation, orchestration, and workflow design
  • Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
  • Strong pre-sales and solutioning capability, with ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes
