- Design, implement, operate, and maintain secure, reliable, and resilient infrastructure across the Company's data centres, corporate offices, and public cloud environments.
- Administer and support enterprise compute infrastructure, including Linux and Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, and core infrastructure services.
- Configure, administer, and monitor network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways, proxy servers, DNS, DHCP, WAN links, and related components.
- Manage public and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, routing, security controls, resource monitoring, connectivity, and infrastructure migration activities.
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and security, and proactively identify and address potential risks, service degradation, and capacity constraints.
- Plan and execute infrastructure changes, upgrades, patching, maintenance, migrations, and technology lifecycle activities in accordance with the Company's change management and security requirements.
- Respond to infrastructure incidents, coordinate service restoration, conduct root cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls, including system and network hardening, secure configuration baselines, vulnerability remediation, access controls, patch management, and security monitoring.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 escalation support for infrastructure-related issues affecting production and corporate environments.
- Perform connectivity testing, troubleshooting, circuit provisioning, and migration activities for trading and clearing members.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, backup restoration, system failover, and infrastructure resilience exercises, and follow up on identified improvement actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date architecture diagrams, network diagrams, configuration records, operating procedures, recovery runbooks, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, cloud service providers, telecommunications carriers, and external counterparties on infrastructure operations, projects, and incident resolution.
- Provide technical input and supporting evidence for risk assessments, security reviews, internal and external audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and provide after-hours support for critical production incidents when required.
Requirements:
- At least five years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, preferably within a highly available, business-critical, or regulated environment. .
- Demonstrated technical depth in at least one core infrastructure domain, such as systems, networking, virtualization, storage, or public cloud, together with sound working knowledge across the broader infrastructure landscape. .
- Hands-on experience administering Linux and/or Windows Server environments and associated enterprise infrastructure services.
- Practical experience with enterprise virtualization, storage, backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery technologies.
- Experience designing, deploying, operating, or migrating infrastructure within a public cloud or hybrid cloud environment.
- Sound knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, WAN connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNP, RHCE, or an infrastructure certification from a major public cloud provider (preferred)
- Familiarity with public cloud networking, security controls, identity and access management (preferred)
