Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation works at the project site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical and site issues.
Review HVAC shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all installations comply with approved drawings and relevant codes.
Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and inspection records.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities for HVAC systems.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
Ensure proper resource planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to maintain project quality and schedule.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of site experience in HVAC installation for industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, cleanroom, or commercial building projects.
Good knowledge of HVAC systems, including:Air Handling Units (AHU)Fan Coil Units (FCU)Chilled Water SystemsVentilation SystemsExhaust SystemsDuctwork and Piping
Experience in cleanroom HVAC systems is an advantage.
Familiar with local codes, standards, and construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage).
Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
