What you will do:
- Develop detailed HVAC project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track HVAC project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
- Checking quality of documents.
- Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence.
- Monitoring processes.
- Setting up project filling systems.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
How you will do it:
Scheduling and Monitoring:
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify any deviations.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) to project tasks. Monitor resource utilization and ensure efficient allocation.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers and team members to develop and maintain project plans.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks to the project.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
Budget Management:
- Assist in developing and managing the project budget.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
What we look for:
- Diploma / Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in HVAC Project
- Excel, Word and Project essential
- Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
- Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time
- Possessing knowledge of Primavera P6 is required
