HVAC Production And Technical Manager

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production / HVAC Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing ACMV projects from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities

. Lead, plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules and delivery timelines are met.

. Optimize manpower, materials, and workflow to improve efficiency and minimize waste.

. Supervise material preparation, processing, packaging, and inventory control.

. Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and materials are available for efficient production activities.

. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to approved SOPs, Standardization, and operational procedures.

. Verify and approve production records to ensure manufacturing activities are accurately documented and completed.

. Oversee the proper operation, maintenance and calibration of production equipment.

. Ensure production areas are maintained in accordance with cleanliness, safety and operational standards.

. Supervise production personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.

. Lead team to troubleshoot technical issues.

. Lead team to oversee and manage site installation.

. Ensure production activities, waste handling, and environmental practices comply with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in HVAC (Air conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems.

. Strong technical knowledge of chiller and AHU design.

. Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities

. Ability to manage local and foreign workers.

. Basic understanding of 3D modelling and engineering software (e.g. SolidWorks, electrical design tools)

Salary & Benefits:

. Salary Range : S$3,800 - S$5,000 (commensurate with experience).
