Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support the day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management for the company. This role will work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR administration, recruitment coordination, HR systems management, and the successful execution of HR initiatives, contributing to a seamless and consistent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately and timely.
  • Prepare HR documents including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Administer employee benefit programs.
  • Support HR-related payment requests and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate and manage HR vendors and external service providers.
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance of HR documentation and records.
  • Maintain and support HR systems and platforms including HRIS, Jira, Confluence, and recruitment portals.
  • Support Singapore HR operational matters including work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and related administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support system enhancement initiatives and process improvements where applicable.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Recruitment Support

  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.
  • Take ownership of hiring assigned junior-level roles from sourcing to onboarding.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide support for HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
  • Assist with preparation of HR reports and data analysis when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates from Human Resources related disciplines are welcome.
  • Candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, preferably in a regional or global environment will have an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willing to support a growing organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reliable with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable handling both operational and coordination works.
