HR Administration & Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases accurately and timely.
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employment-related documentation.
- Administer employee benefit programs.
- Support HR-related payment requests and invoice processing.
- Coordinate and manage HR vendors and external service providers.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance of HR documentation and records.
- Maintain and support HR systems and platforms including HRIS, Jira, Confluence, and recruitment portals.
- Support Singapore HR operational matters including work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and related administration.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor regulations and company policies.
- Support system enhancement initiatives and process improvements where applicable.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Recruitment Support
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.
- Take ownership of hiring assigned junior-level roles from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Other Responsibilities
- Provide support for HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
- Assist with preparation of HR reports and data analysis when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
