Our client is a smart automotive technology company developing automotive-grade AI chips and integrated softwarehardware solutions for intelligent cockpits, cabindriving fusion, and on-device generative AI.
They are looking for a proactive and organised Human Resource Specialist to support the daily operations of our Singapore office. This role covers HR operations, recruitment, payroll support, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (50%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Assist with monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and employee benefits.
- Ensure HR compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and local regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Office Administration (50%)
- Provide daily admin support: visitors, mail, documents, meeting arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, vendors, and office maintenance.
- Support company activities, team events, and general logistics.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 23 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and IRAS practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
